PERBEDAAN MODEL CORE DAN CRH TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan model pembelajaran CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) dan CRH (Course Review Horay) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada materi baris dan deret. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI MIA-1 dan XI MIA-2. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes berbentuk essay. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis ANAVA. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending lebih baik daripada model course review horay; 2) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending lebih baik daripada model course review horay; 3) Kemampuan komunikasi lebih baik dari kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending; 4) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep lebih baik dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan Model course review horay.
ABSTRACK This study aims to see the differences between the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) and CRH (Course Review Horay) learning models on the ability to understand the concept of mathematical communication skills in line and series material. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research sample is class XI MIA-1 and XI MIA-2. The instrument used in this research is an essay test. Data analysis in this study is using ANOVA analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who are taught using the connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending model is better than the course review horay model; 2) The mathematical communication ability of students who are taught using the connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending model is better than the course review horay model; 3) Communication skills are better than the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who are taught by connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending models; 4) The ability to understand concepts is better than the mathematical communication skills of students who are taught with the Horay course review model.
